Refund policy

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel or amend any item before the time of dispatch and receive a refund however, a 4% refund fee (or £29.99 flat fee depending on which is lower) will be applied and deducted from your item refund to cover our admin and processing fees. Placing an order shows you are in agreement to these clearly stated terms and bounds you by them. 

Returns

Returns are NOT available on any item which is purchased as 'Damaged'. These item listings have multiple photographs and are not able to be returned, the damage is extensively shown in the listings and these items are expected to be faulty and are very transparently shown as damaged. Items returned opened, damaged, or in a different condition as we sent out are NOT eligible for return and will be sent back to you. Sale items or orders where a coupon code was used are not eligible for return and refund. Any purchase of non-sealed items CANNOT be returned. All sales on single cards, graded cards, or anything non sealed (or perishable in any way) is final.

Pre-Orders are non refundable and non-returnable if they have been dispatched.

Anything with a 'case hit' or potential hit, and box odds of higher hits are non refundable and non-returnable. (Including but not limited to One Piece Booster Boxes with Manga's, Magic The Gathering Collector Boxes with serialised cards, and anything similar)

We offer returns for up to 14 days after ordering on most sealed products. See exclusions above. If 14 days have pass since your purchase was made, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and still sealed. It cannot have had a coupon used or discount applied to purchase it.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Evo Cards Ltd does not provide return labels, and will not cover any costs of shipping back to us. We also do not refund postage fees or any other fees we have incurred.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the item/s back to us providing it passes our inspections. Refunds on returns will incur a 4% fee. Shipping is non refundable and new shipping on an exchange is paid for by the customer.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or send any item back to us not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the order has been made, will not be refunded. If your parcel is returned to us by a shipping provider such as Royal Mail (due to an incorrect address or trouble finding the location, for example) any shipping costs will be deducted from the total refundable amount. Or you will have to repay shipping costs for the item to be sent again.

Please note this is simply a business incoming shipment and sorting address, no stock is held here and there is no entry available for the public. 

If you receive and item from us, and it is signed for on delivery, it is no longer within our responsibility. Damaged packages, or missing items are not at fault of Evo Cards Ltd if they have been received and signed for. Any damaged / suspicious or light packages must be rejected on delivery and returned back to us by Royal Mail. IF you have signed for the item you have signed to say everything is in order with the package and there is nothing wrong in its appearance.

We will not accept missing item cases for signed for items. It is the buyers responsibility to follow that up with the local police force. We will not accept returns for items signed for, but are missing, being sent back to us, or requested for refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A 4% refund fee will be applied and deducted from your refund to cover our admin and processing fees. Postage is non refundable. 

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the item/s back to us.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@evocards.co.uk

Exchanges

We only replace / exchange items if they are defective, and we have the extra stock to be able to do so, completely at our discretion. We may offer a full refund instead on a faulty item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@evocards.co.uk. Items checked out on sale or where a coupon / discount code was used, needing to be returned to us are available for exchange only (Store credit is available on some items, where it doesn't need to be a like for like swap). We do not accept any sale / discount items back for returns or refunds. We do not accept any items back for exchange unless in the same sealed state we sent it out. We do not accept exchanges on non faulty single or graded cards.

Shipping

To return your product, you should use a tracked service with insurance to cover the value of the items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. as well as the refund fee. Evo Cards Ltd cannot be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted order. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50 in value, you should consider sending Special Delivery. We cannot be held liable for lost returns, this is the responsibility of the shipping service and the customer.

Item Conditions

TCG items, including but not limited to Booster Boxes, Collection Boxes, Tins, Booster Packs and anything similar are designed to protect the contents inside (The Cards). As packaging and boxes may inadvertently be subjected to wear and tear during shipping either to us from the wholesaler, or to you from us, we are unable to offer replacement items or replace packaging for any resulting imperfections, bends, scuffs, or indentations. This is natural wear and tear. NONE of our items are sold as 'mint condition' and all items are expected to have some form of light outer scratching, potential blunted corners, dents, and many other minor imperfections. These imperfections are also likely to worsen with an items age, however that is not a direct correlation.
